Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
- Health and Safety requirements for coming to the Farm or Studio must be met for all parties and their pets attending. This includes, but is not limited to, suitable mobility of humans and pets, pets holding current vaccinations, for dogs this is a minimum of Leptospirosis and Parvovirus, ability to follow instructions and abide by any other safety requirements advised of. There are no exceptions to this.
- Gift Certificates that come with show goody bags, including treats and/or toys, are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
- Gift Certificate must be registered online, by the specified timeframe on the gift certificate or as notified by the Photographer, to qualify for the bonus print.
- Bonus matted print is limited to images of pets only, family images with or without pets are ineligible to be selected for the bonus matted print.
- No other images are included with this offer, additional artwork and images can be purchased at the Image Reveal and Purchase appointment, starting from $695.
- Farm & Studio Experiences are limited to weekdays only, if only taking your bonus matted print.
- Farm and Studio Experiences are held in Pokeno, along with the Image Reveal and Purchasing Appointment, post your chosen experience. Clients must be willing to travel to Pokeno for both the experience and purchase appointment.
- All decision makers must attend both the photography session and purchasing appointment to claim full value of Gift Certificate.
- Your Image Reveal and Purchase appointment must be scheduled no longer than two weeks from your Farm or Studio Experience, to redeem your Gift Certificate artwork credit and any bonus print.
- Image reveals cannot be held online. No exceptions to this.
- Any special offers are for up to three pets from the same household. Extra pets can be accommodated in the same session for an extra fee of $100 per pet.
- Only one Gift Certificate can be redeemed per Farm, or Studio Experience.
- Only one Gift Certificate per household, per year may be used.
- Experience must be booked prior to expiry date, if using a Gift Certificate.
- Gift Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, are not transferrable, non-exchangeable for cash, nor refundable and may only be used as described.
- Special offers cannot be used to purchase artwork or images from a previous Farm or Studio Experience.
- Please advise of any injuries, food allergies or special circumstances that may affect your pet during the experience.
- At no time can images purchased from Wort & Flea, from your Experience, be used for commercial purposes. If you have an enquiry, please get in touch first to avoid copyright infringement.
- The Photographer reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
- Wort & Flea respects your privacy, and personal information is not shared with any third party or other organisations.
